• Return the item unworn with all original tags attached
• We'll issue a full refund—no questions asked

We cover return shipping costs for guarantee-related returns within the U.S. Return shipping costs for exchanges or size changes are the customer's responsibility.

Product Information & Pricing

We do our best to display accurate product images, descriptions, and colors. However, screen settings vary, and colors may appear slightly different in person. If you're not happy with what you receive, our guarantee has you covered.

All prices are in USD and exclude shipping. We reserve the right to update pricing, but any order placed at a quoted price will be honored at that price.

Ordering & Payment

When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance—we reserve the right to decline orders for any reason, including stock availability or suspected fraud.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We never store your complete payment information on our servers.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States and select international locations. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information. We're not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Beyond our 2-day satisfaction guarantee, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at info@rottenhand.com with your order number. We'll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs (except guarantee claims) are the customer's responsibility.

Care & Longevity

Our shirts are designed to last decades. To maintain quality:

• Machine wash cold with like colors
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Iron on low heat if needed (though they're wrinkle-resistant)
• Avoid bleach and harsh detergents

Damage from improper care is not covered under our guarantee.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis only, and you waive the right to participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration.

Force Majeure

We're not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, government restrictions, or failures of third-party services (shipping carriers, payment processors, etc.).

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
